1. Data we collect
Contact and licensing services may process a name, club name, country and city, phone number, email, club and installation identifiers, computer name, application version and public key, staff logins and permissions without passwords, licensed PS and computer stations, license, order and payment status, and technical integrity and security events.
2. How we use data
Data is used for registration, license creation and synchronization, order and payment confirmation, update delivery, technical support, abuse prevention and service security. Additional security telemetry is sent only after separate consent in the application.
3. Data inside the club application
Core working data such as sessions, cash, products, users and settings is stored in the Windows environment where Time Control is installed. The website does not automatically receive the daily contents of that local database. The club is responsible for protecting backups and computer access.
4. Payment data
When online payment is enabled, the payment page opens with Epoint. Time Control does not store full bank card details; service data such as the order identifier, amount and payment result may be processed.
5. Storage, security and transfer
Data is kept for as long as needed for requests, licensing, support, security and required records. To the necessary extent, it may be shared with hosting, payment, delivery and support providers or with authorised public authorities under a lawful request. Cross-border transfers are handled subject to applicable law. Access restrictions, HTTPS and verified updates are used; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You may request information about your personal data, correction or deletion where permitted by law. Send the request from an address or number we can use to verify your identity.

8. Website and external services
Data submitted through the contact form is delivered to the timecontrol.az@gmail.com mailbox (Google/Gmail) to answer the enquiry. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, a verification token and IP address are sent to Cloudflare for spam prevention; the browser also loads the verification script. The selected language is saved in browser localStorage. The website server uses the IP address for rate limiting and protection. The site loads Google Fonts and icons through jsDelivr; the browser sends these services the IP address and technical request details. These services also process data under their own privacy terms.

1. Service purpose
Time Control is software for managing sessions, cash, shop, settings and related operations in PlayStation and computer clubs. The club must install the application in a compatible Windows environment and protect staff accounts.
2. License and right of use
An active license permits internal club use of Time Control on the selected number of licensed stations for the paid term; each managed PlayStation or computer is a separate licensed station. You may not distribute the application without permission, bypass license checks or interfere with service security.
3. Price and payment
Pricing is based on the station count, club discount, term discount and any individual offer; the final amount is shown before the order is confirmed. When card payment is enabled, processing is handled by Epoint. Automatic renewal applies only when separately offered and expressly enabled, with the price, frequency and cancellation method shown in advance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Data and responsibility
The club must connect only computers, network equipment and smart plugs it is authorised to control, and must provide safe installation and backups. The application is not intended for life-, health- or industrial-safety-critical systems. Hardware, third-party services, internet access or incorrect configuration may cause interruptions.
